Jane Sassaman is an award winning quilt artist and fabric designer.  Her quilt "Willow" was named one of the One Hundred Best Quilts of the Century.  This year at International Quilt Festival in Houston, Jane received an award for her quilt, Illinois Album  Jane is the author of The Quilted Garden which encompasses twenty years of her work and the latest book, Patchwork Sassaman Style.  She is a gifted teacher who quietly and gently brings out the artist in her students.

This is a machine appliqué class based on the very popular circle motif.  With Jane's appliqué technique and your decorative stitches you'll make a series of colorful disks.  These will then be arranged into a dramatic and  contemporary composition.
