You can learn how to de-construct and pattern draft a new outer covering and build your own custom shoe! We’ll start off with an easier approach to making new shoes and you will learn techniques and skills that will help you grow in your exploration of shoe construction. This class is hands on; you will make your shoes in class. We begin with a pair of converse shoes, low or high top. The class is designed for classic tie up shoes; not mules, slip-on, or shoes with elastic backs. This class is a prerequisite for my other shoe classes.
