Attention Garment Sewists! Join us in welcoming our new instructor, Brenda Richardson, with a class that will transform the way you finish your garments.

The difference between a homemade garment and a beautifully handcrafted one is often found on the inside. In this hands-on techniques class, you'll learn when and how to use three essential seam finishes:

French Seams
Hong Kong Finish
Flat-Felled Seams

You'll create a collection of stitched samples to keep as a personal reference library for future projects while gaining the confidence to choose the right finish for a variety of fabrics and garment styles.

We'll also provide detailed reference handouts so you'll have everything you need to recreate these techniques long after class is over.

Whether you're sewing garments for yourself or others, mastering these professional seam finishes will improve the durability, appearance, and quality of every project you make—inside and out.
