Mission: Enable students to sit down at their serger without sweaty hands and face. Ensure that they can thread their serger without crying and show them that they really can make all those wonderful projects they were dreaming of when they purchased their machine.....all without tears!

Teacher. Mary Lewkowitz will guide you through projects that build your confidence and skills. The first session will see you installing a simple zipper while making two projects. A pillowcase and a zippered cosmetic bag.

Session two will have you making a log cabin crazy patchwork and embellished cushion. In the process you will be introduced to flat locking, pin tucks, zippers, overlock stitch and specialty presser feet.

You will go home feeling comfortable with your serger and your skills!
